MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is the fastest growing sport on the planet and comprises of martial arts such as Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), to form a complete style of fighting.

To promote this we invite you down to our fully equipped training facility, where classes are led by BJJ Blackbelt James Duckett who has been training obsessively since 2008, and over that time amassed tons of competitive experience, including 19 amateur and 5 professional MMA fights, and over 100 BJJ matches.

Accomplishments include Silver Medal in the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation World Championships hosted in Las Vegas, and Double Gold medal in the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation European Championships hosted in Rome.
