MMA Striking

In the MMA striking classes we incorporate techniqies from Boxing, Thai Boxing and Dutch style kickboxing to develop effective strikes (punches, kicks, knees and elbows), solid block and parrys, evasive headmovement and efficent footwork. With the ultimate goal "To hit and not get hit".

 

The bulk of these classes consists of pad work and back and forth partner drills, developing speed, power and exceptional core strength, alongside providing a great cardio work out from start to finish. There is optional sparring at the end.
